Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

By applying to the Affiliate Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that your website, social media channels, or promotion methods do not contain any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Qualified Referrals and Commissions

  • Qualified Referral: A sale is considered “qualified” only when the customer clicks through your unique affiliate link, completes a purchase, and provides full payment.

  • Cookie Duration: Commissions are tracked via cookies with a duration of 30 days. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different browser, the sale may not be trackable.

3. Refund and Chargeback Policy

Commissions are only earned on “final” sales. * If a product is returned by the customer for a refund, or if a credit card chargeback is initiated, any commission earned on that transaction will be voided and deducted from your affiliate balance.

  • If the commission has already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from your future earnings.

4. Payment Terms

  • Threshold: Commissions will be paid once your account reaches a minimum balance of $100.

  • Schedule: Payments are issued on a Monthly basis, following a 30-day holding period to account for potential refunds or cancellations.

5. FTC Disclosure Requirements

As an affiliate in the United States, you must comply with FTC Endorsement Guides. You are legally required to clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with us on any page where an affiliate link is posted.

  • Example: “As an affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases.”

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using “spam” or unsolicited commercial email.

  • Bidding on trademarked keywords (e.g., [Your Brand Name]) in search engine ads.

  • Misrepresenting our products or making false claims.

  • Creating a site that mimics the “look and feel” of our official brand site.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all affiliate links and brand assets.
